aicat.pet creates a custom AI-assisted portrait from a photo of your cat that you provide. After you pay, we email you a link to upload your photo; our team then crafts your portrait with AI assistance and human artistry, and delivers a high-resolution digital file (PNG) to your email, typically within 1–2 days (48 hours) of receiving a usable photo. This is a one-time digital product, not a subscription.
By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate. Payment is processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we email you the photo-upload link.
By uploading a photo you confirm you own it (or have permission to use it) and grant us a limited license to: (a) use it to generate your portrait; and (b) with your separate optional consent, display it as a sample. We do not claim ownership of your original photo, and we do not use uploads to train AI models.
Your portrait is generated with AI assistance combined with human creative input. Subject to full payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered file for personal purposes (printing, sharing, social media). Commercial use (e.g. resale, merchandise for sale) requires our prior written permission. All other rights remain with aicat.pet.
Deliverables are AI-assisted and provided "as is." Because each portrait is crafted from your photo, colors, details, and style interpretation may vary, and the result is an artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic likeness. We are not liable for subjective preferences in artistic style. If the result does not resemble your cat in a material way, contact us and we will work it out (see Refund Policy).
Each order includes one free revision round (e.g. adjusting style, colors, or details). Additional revisions may be offered at our discretion. Revision requests must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
Do not upload photos of people without their consent, copyrighted material you do not own, or content that is unlawful or infringing. We may refuse any order that violates this.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aicat.pet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
